10 Educational Simulator: Robolab Simulator [Interactive Computer Graphics] 08/2004
One at-risk child in my robotics class wanted to take the expensive RCX programmable "brain" home with him. I became sad because I understood that these toys are not accessible to him outside the center. The Robolab simulator is a free virtual robot that disadvantaged students can program and play with. It is fully compatible with the Robolab RCX software and the virtual scripts can be directly uploaded into real robots if their school can ever afford one.
