9 Educational Simulator: Bottle
Rocket Simulator [Interactive Computer Graphics] 11/2002
Science classes across the country use water rockets to teach students
about fluid mechanics and propulsion. This simulator allows the students
to understand the design process safely and cheaply. The rocket can be
run over and over again with modifications in size, pressure, nozzle diameter,
and water content allowing the students to maximize their physics understanding.
Variables include: real-time thrust calculation, drag calculation, velocity,
and air impulse effect.
