Developed for Little Tikes in order to train new factory employees in the blow molding process, the three section CD includes the anatomy of blow molding with realistic 3D cut images and digital video, the factors affecting blow molding (temperature, material, pressure, & time), interactive games, and a simulation of the process. User data is recorded to track progress and performance. The CD helps streamline the training process of new blow molding employees, saving money and time for the engineering staff.
